Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process your data solely on the basis of the applicable law (GDPR, BDSG). This privacy policy sets out the key aspects of data processing on this website.

2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA); it is delivered from servers in the Frankfurt region (Germany). When the site is called up, the host processes technically necessary access data (see server log files). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider (Art. 28 GDPR); the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply to any transfers to the USA.
3. Server log files
When you visit the website, information transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer, browser type). This data serves secure operation and is not combined with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Cookies & tracking
This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and embeds no tracking services. No cookie banner is therefore required.
5. Typefaces
The typefaces used are delivered locally from our own server (self-hosted via Next.js). There is no connection to Google servers.
6. Getting in touch
The contact form opens your own email program with a prepared message. On this website no form data is stored or transmitted. Only when you send your email are the details you entered transmitted to us and processed there in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). We keep those details only as long as processing requires, or as long as statutory retention periods demand.
7. Maps / Google Maps
We do not embed Google Maps automatically. The pages contain only a link to Google Maps. Only when you actively click it are you forwarded to Google, and data (including your IP address) may be transmitted to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; their privacy policy applies.
8. Your rights
You generally have the following rights:

9. Data security
This website is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS (TLS), to protect the data you transmit against third-party access.
